Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances can arise that make it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, please be aware that my time is just as important as yours. To accommodate all of my clients fairly, I require a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24-hour cancellation will result in a 50% service charge, and same day cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% charge of the service cost.
